I accompanied Les Fruits de Mer expeditions during several years, Our mission is to study and share the unique nature and heritage of St. Martin and the Caribbean. The organization carries out this mission through publications, an education program, and special public outreach events that entertain, inspire, and inform. The association is currently accepting new member and corporate benefactor member applications on its website, www.lesfruitsdemer.com.

Amuseum Naturalis

Amuseum Naturalis was St.Martin's first natural history museum, but it is about to become a whole lot more! After two years in Grand Case, where we had over 10,000 visitors, the Amuseum is busy preparing our new location for a 2018 launch.

Island Expedition

Les Fruits de Mer is currently producing films about the wildlife of St. Martin and the Caribbean for our theater at Amuseum Naturalis.

Events

Les Fruits de Mer produces multiple wildlife education events each year, including the Migratory Bird Festival and Endemic Animal Festivals. Our events are free and open to the public. We combine wildlife and ecology education with hands-on discovery stations and fun art activities. We also host exhibitions and other special events like our Heritage Photo Contest exhibition.
